“Good to know” - our booking information and cancellation conditions
Rates
- All room rates listed on our website are for double rooms per person and day including breakfast buffet. Apartment rates are per day for the occupancy stated, excluding final cleaning in the amount of €60,00.
- A local tax of €2.80 is added as a surcharge (waived for children under 15).
- For stays of less than three nights, we apply a surcharge between €3.00 and €10.00 per person and day.
- We offer discounts for children in double rooms based on their age.
Deposit
- We request a deposit of up to €400.00 per room/apartment when you book with us.
Booking confirmation
- After we receive your deposit, we will send you a binding confirmation of your booking
Arrival and departure
- Our rooms are available from 2 p.m. on the day of your arrival. If you plan to arrive after 6 p.m., please let us know in advance by telephone.
- On the day of your departure, we kindly ask you to vacate our rooms/apartments by 10 a.m.
Breakfast
- From 07:30 to 10 a.m. you can enjoy our extensive breakfast buffet, which is included in the price of the room.
- For a small surcharge, apartment guests can also book our extensive breakfast buffet - Adults: €12.00 per person - Children (under 12): €6.00 per person
Sauna area
- Our sauna area is open to you from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Smoking
- Our Pension am Rain Guesthouse is a non-smoking building. We therefore kindly request that you do not smoke anywhere in the building, except for the balconies and the designated smoking area on the breakfast terrace.
Cancellation terms
- In case of cancellation, late arrival or early departure, we charge the following according to the 2006 General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry
- you can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before your arrival
- for cancellations between 3 and 1 month prior to your arrival date, 40% of the total package price will be charged
- for cancellations between 30 and 7 days prior to your arrival date, 70% of the total package price will be charged
- for cancellations in the last week prior to your arrival date, 90% of the total package price will be charged
- days missed due to early departure or late arrival will be charged at 90% of the total package price
- We recommend purchasing travel insurance
Terms of payment
- You are welcome to settle your bill at our reception in cash or via EC card. Or simply transfer the outstanding balance to our bank account during your stay.
Pets
- Pets are not allowed at our Pension am Rain Guesthouse for hygiene reasons
In addition, the provisions of the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (AGBH) shall apply.
